I became a dietitian because I believe our relationship with food should feel peaceful, not like a fight you wake up to every morning. So much of the nutrition world runs on rules, restriction, and guilt. I work differently.
My practice is built around helping you heal your relationship with food and your body. For some of us that means working through disordered eating, or stepping away from years of dieting. For others it is simply wanting to feel steadier and more at ease. Wherever you are on that spectrum, you are welcome here.
Above all, this is a space without judgment. I meet you exactly where you are, listen to your whole story, and we move forward together, slowly and safely.
